On the street...private disposition

This has to be one of my favourite looks I’ve photographed so far; it reflects on my taste of understated  albeit still cool aesthetic for menswear. It’s also very characteristic; the tattoos, the strong, raw face and his general presence bestow my adoration for it. However my initial draw to photograph this shot was largely for the beauty of it; by this I mean it wasn’t as much as the look but more about the positioning and posture of the subject. Alongside the stirring backdrop, he managed to create an intimate, quiet moment around himself. Entirely disengaged from the public view or motion. Thus, by placing myself in parallel arrangement, I attempted to capture what I envisioned of this moment, and hence, of the subject; a private disposition.
